VinhoSemMedo.pt was born from a simple idea: wine should travel directly from those who make it to those who drink it, with no hidden middlemen.
Every bottle shows the complete price breakdown. No surprises.
The base price set by the winery, which includes their production costs and declared profit margin. The margin is self-declared and publicly visible on each winery page.
The VAT applicable in your country. In Portugal it is 23% for wine. Calculated on the base price and shown separately.
Our commission is 7% on the final price including VAT. It is the only way we generate revenue. No buyer subscription fees, no hidden costs.
The actual shipping cost calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Each winery ships directly to you — there is no intermediate warehouse.

If the wine arrived damaged, faulty, or does not match what was described — full refund guaranteed. No difficult questions.
Simply request through your account. The responsible winery is notified and the refund is processed. Responsibility always lies with the winery — not with us.
VinhoSemMedo.pt is a Portuguese direct wine sales platform. We work exclusively with wineries that accept our transparency terms — which includes publicly declaring their profit margins.
We are not a wine supermarket. We are a direct marketplace where the relationship between winery and buyer is honest and visible.
