Red Lisbon Regional Wine
VINIFICATION
Vinified using the traditional full maceration process at controlled temperature, followed by a light 3-
month aging in mixed oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Fresh and very fruity red wine, with predominant plum jam and slightly spicy notes from Syrah. On the palate,
it is concentrated, complex, and enveloping, with good but smooth tannins, and a pleasant and persistent
finish.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Ideal to pair with a wide range of dishes, from roast lamb and duck to vegetable gratins and mature cheeses.
Should be consumed moderately at a temperature of 17–18°C
