White wine obtained from the Arinto grape variety, with a complex character, where smoky and mineral suggestions balance the tropical and lemony notes.
Fermented and aged for 9 months in French oak wood on fine lees.
Recommended to accompany roasted fish, white meats and Italian food.
It should be served at a temperature of 12°C.
