TINIÚ Red – Syrah and Alicante Bouschet 2021

A blend of Syrah (80%) and Alicante Bouschet (20%), sourced from an old vineyard planted in 1989.

Before reaching the vat, a pre-selection of grape clusters is carried out in the Aragão plot – Syrah, and the Vale Guilherme plot – Alicante Bouschet, both with clay-limestone soil.

The grapes are then destemmed, crushed using 1959 equipment, and fermented exclusively in traditional concrete vats, with extended maceration for 15 days and two daily pump-overs, enhancing skin contact.

Best enjoyed at 16°C.
